Can I add additional items?

• No, we only offer the one standard urn and paw print to keep the cost of the services as low as possible.

How long does it take to receive my pets cremains and paw print back?

• It will take 10-14 business days to return the items back home.

What is the cancellation policy?

• Once the driver is dispatched and in route it can be up to 50% of the total cost of services.

How do we know its our pets ashes?

• We cremate each pet 1 at a time (Privately) to ensure that it is only your pet.
